Easter Workout 2012: 25 Minutes HIIT

It’s Easter morning and to get the day started off right I did one of my favorite HIIT workouts! I can tell it’s been awhile since I’ve done one of these but still pulled it off at 10% incline!

25 minutes on the treadmill, as follows:

    I read this and thought you could perhaps give me your opinion on something. HIIT is awesome, I love it and have tried to grow its popularity. However, I have come to realise that when you discuss HIIT with many people, they don’t really get it, or even have heard of it.
