I made it! Last week I started participating in Menu Plan Monday and I LOVE it. This is something I’m definitely going to continue doing. Knowing that dinner is covered for the week (and we already know what we’re making) really helps a lot.
The meals have been planned and the grocery shopping is done!
Monday: Grilled honey lime chicken, green beans + brown rice (adapted from Mommy’s Kitchen)
Tuesday: Spicy spaghetti
Wednesday: Lemon chicken, pea pods + red potatoes
Thursday: Beef and potato pie (adapted from All You Magazine; June 22, 2012)
Friday: Pork tenderloin
Saturday: Pasta alfredo casserole (adapted from 5 Dollar Dinners)
Look at that! I even added Saturday and Sunday this time.
